Keir-Jake Thompson
Keir, aged 11 months old you were diagnosed with cystic fibrosis and given a bleak prognosis. At age 12 your lungs started to fail, at 15 you received new lungs from an amazing donor. 9 months later you got 2 medals for skiing in Switzerland with the Transplant Kids. You survived for 5 years until a rare complication proved fatal. I could not be prouder of you for the work you did with the CF Trust in sharing your story, appearing on a tv documentary, & helping so many others. My Son, my Hero x
